By placing an order for any of the items listed below, you agree to the return policy stated on our website:
- Bra products: Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- Swimwear: Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- Underwear (bras/panties): Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- Accessories: Must be returned in their original, unopened packaging (e.g., plastic bags or boxes).
- Earrings/Ear studs: Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- Special packaging & additional items: Products with special packaging (e.g., fabric pouches, gift boxes) or those that include additional accessories must be returned together and in their original condition.
